What is A BOCA Hero?
A BOCA Hero is someone that lives our core values and has gone above and beyond for a patient, a client or another employee. If you have witnessed an employee demonstrating and embodying a core value through their everyday experience, we want to hear about it.
Nominate a co-worker who has embraced one of our core values. Fill out a nomination form and in a few short sentences describe what you witnessed. Every month we will select a BOCA Hero who will be spotlighted in our internal newsletter, on social media and will be rewarded for their exemplary behavior.Our Core Values

A selection committee, comprising of representatives from various departments, will carefully review all nominations. Each submission will be assessed based on how well the nominee’s actions align with BOCA’s core values.
Announcement of the Winner
The BOCA Hero of the Month will be announced in our “What’s Brewing at BOCA” internal newsletter and featured on our social media platforms. Winners will also receive a special reward in recognition of their outstanding contributions.
