A BOCA Hero is someone that lives our core values and has gone above and beyond for a patient, a client or another employee. If you have witnessed an employee demonstrating and embodying a core value through their everyday experience, we want to hear about it. Every month we will select a BOCA Hero who will be spotlighted in our internal newsletter, on social media and will be rewarded for their exemplary behavior.
